What we cover
Our O&M contracts are performance-linked, not time-linked. We are measured by generation output, not by number of site visits. If the system underperforms, we act — proactively, not reactively.
All O&M clients receive a quarterly performance report with generation data, PR ratio, specific yield, and comparison against modelled performance. Anomalies are flagged before they become losses.
Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled cleaning, inspection, and torque checks — aligned with seasonal generation cycles.
Remote Monitoring
24/7 SCADA and inverter monitoring. Fault alerts within 4 hours.
Corrective Maintenance
On-call response for equipment failure — inverter, string, module, or structural.
Performance Reporting
Quarterly reports: actual vs modelled generation, PR, degradation trends.
Insurance Facilitation
Annual insurance renewals, claim support, and documentation.
